Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Wrong Size Only: Returns are strictly only accepted if we have delivered a size different from the one you ordered.

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Standard Orders: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or style preferences once an order is processed.

  • Worn Items: Any article that shows signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible for a return.

  • Final Sale: Items purchased during clearance or special drops like Basant Exclusives 🪁 are final sale.

3. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the incorrect size tag at awarastreet1@gmail.com.

  • Approval: Once we verify the error, we will provide you with the return instructions.

  • Shipping: Awara Street will cover the shipping costs if the return is due to our error (wrong size delivered).

4. Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges: If the correct size is in stock, we will ship the replacement immediately upon receiving the original item.

  • Refunds: If the correct size is out of stock, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or NayaPay) within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If a return request is denied based on policy violations (e.g., the item was worn), any disputes must be raised within 7 days of our decision.
